Hello and welcome! We’re so glad you’re here and interested in what we have to offer.

We created BLOOM out of a desire for quality goods, thoughtful gifts, and for items rooted in wellness. Most of what we sell is made by local, homegrown small businesses. After more than twenty years of working in retail and entertainment, I decided it was time for a change - time to start from scratch and carve out my own little corner of the world. After months spent connecting with our community, sourcing uniquely crafted products, and with a massive amount of support from family and friends, BLOOM, a community center reimagined, was born.

We are constantly awe inspired by the creativity and vision of so many makers here in Connecticut, across the country, and around the world - and our goal is to highlight and introduce you to many of them. While our aesthetic is ever changing and evolves as we discover new things, we tend to gravitate toward modern lines, earthy layered tones, and subtle textures.

As we continue to grow our business we promise to remain culturally and environmentally conscious and to amplify diversity and inclusion in our community and through our partnerships.
